Hi! My name is Kristen. I’m originally from Northern New Jersey, so I grew up going into New York City for everything from swim lessons to broadway shows, before I moved into the city as an adult. I’m the type of person who usually picks a top 3-5 list so this was a challenge to limit myself to 1 per category! Nice to meet you, I hope you enjoy NYC :)

☕️ What is your favorite coffee shop where you live? 

My favorite local coffee shop is Cafe Phin - it’s a newcomer to the neighborhood but I’ve been a sucker for Vietnamese coffee since I visited Vietnam in 2014, so I was psyched when this ode to the region opened up.

🥃 What is your favorite bar where you live? 

Bar Goto - fantastic cocktails and bar snacks, and the type of place that’s great for any occasion.

🍽 What is your favorite restaurant where you live?

My favorite restaurant for a quick, cheap meal is Shu Jiao Fu Zhou (peanut noodles and dumplings) or for a more sit-and-stay-awhile is Le French Diner.

🚗 If you could travel to any US city right now where would it be? 

The US city I want to go to next is New Orleans.

✈️ If you could travel to any country right now where would it be? 

Morocco.
